Thanks to its ability to provide on-time delivery at an affordable price, and its commitment to meet every client’s deadlines for each installation job no matter how tight, Everglass Contractor Pte Ltd enjoys an excellent reputation as a punctual and reliable contractor for glass panel installation services.
In the commercial sector, Everglass Contractor Pte Ltd has undertaken installation jobs in various commercial locations around Singapore, including the Marina Bay Financial Centre, Fusionopolis and the Ocean Financial Center amongst other locations. In particular, the One Raffles Quay South Tower is a notable location for the company, which has installed glass panels for more than 30 storeys of the commercial office building. In the retail sector, Everglass Contractor has installed glass panels for renowned brand name outlets in Marina Bay Sands, Changi Airport and Bugis Plus, as well as various outlets in shopping malls along Orchard Road, particularly in the ION Orchard shopping mall.
Sourcing the majority its supplies of glass panels from local suppliers, Everglass Contractor Pte Ltd’s close relationships with them are a big contributor to the quick and efficient service that it can offer to its clients.

History of the Company
Everglass Contractor was first established on 31 August 1998 as a sole-proprietorship, when the Asian financial crisis affected Singapore. Thus, Everglass Contractor was privatized to become Everglass Contractor Pte Ltd on 29 November 2000.
Initially struggling with lack of funding like most newly-founded companies, the Managing Director Mr Jimmy Chia and Executive Director Mr Lee Boon Siong obtained crucial support from the network of business partners they had built up over the years, with Yuan Tat Glass and Allglass in particular rendering invaluable assistance to the fledgling company by supplying glass panels on credit, and Xcel Marketing doing the same with ironmongeries for door panels. It is thanks to these benefactors that the company was able to build up to its current level of success today.
Having rented its premises from Yuan Tat Glass in Sungei Kadut previously, Everglass Contractor Pte Ltd acquired new premises of its own in 2010, and their office and factory moved to its current premises in Wcega Plaza that year. Operating out of three workshop units in the Wcega Plaza light industrial facility totaling 5,000 sq ft.
New Directions
Everglass Contractor Pte Ltd has grown and expanded progressively by diversifying to other products like metal and steel structural components. Therefore, Eversteel Construction Pte Ltd has been established on 19 November 2010 as a sister company. Eversteel Construction Pte Ltd began his business at Sungei Kadut Crescent for its office and factory operations. Eversteel Construction Pte Ltd focusing on detail, design, manufacture and installation of fabricated items in both mild and stainless steel fittings for construction industries especially provides steel frame structure works to complement the glass panel installation work of Everglass Contractor Pte Ltd. The company’s mission is to offer our customers the most competitive priced steel to meet their needs along with our knowledgeable services and supports our convenient location.
On 2012, Everglass expanded the scope of our business with the establishment its subsidiary, Everglass Concept Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By seeking new opportunities in a foreign market while serving those of their local clients who also have a presence in Malaysia. Same as the parent company, Everglass Concept Sdn Bhd to provide installation of high quality products and reliable and excellent service to its customers. Everglass is planning to concentrate their focus on the Malaysia market and aiming to take it one step at a time, and slowly build upon the success and leadership position in the glass industry.
